Refund and Cancellation Policy

360 Digital Academy sells fixed-term access to online digital education delivered through the member dashboard.

7-day first purchase refund

If you are not satisfied with your first paid access pass, contact [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Access period

Basic, Plus, and Max passes are upfront access periods and do not renew automatically unless renewal terms are clearly shown at checkout. Access remains active until the purchased period ends.

Digital delivery

Dashboard access is delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation. Because the product is digital, refunds outside the stated window are reviewed case by case.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you believe you were charged twice or charged by mistake, contact [email protected] with the billing email and transaction date. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors.

Access issues

If you paid but cannot access your dashboard, contact [email protected]. We will restore access or provide another reasonable resolution.

Processing time

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and card issuer. Once issued, refunds commonly take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
