These Terms govern access to 360 Digital Academy, an online education service for practical digital learning available at watch360.ru. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

Service

360 Digital Academy provides online video lessons and digital education resources focused on productivity, communication, focus, and keeping up with modern tools. Access is delivered electronically through the member dashboard.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share paid access with other people or resell course materials.

Payments

Paid access passes are charged upfront according to the plan shown at checkout: Basic for 30 days, Plus for 6 months, or Max for 18 months. Card payments are processed by a secure payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Access period

Current passes are fixed-term, upfront digital access offers and do not renew automatically unless a renewal option is clearly shown at checkout. When the access period ends, you may purchase another pass to continue access.

Educational use

Course content is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific income, career, business, marketing, or technology outcomes.

Intellectual property

All original course pages, text, designs, templates, and platform materials belong to 360 Digital Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to access the materials for personal or internal business learning.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, scrape, distribute, reverse engineer, attack, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, violate these Terms, or create payment risk.
